Crown Security System, Inc., has offices and is able to provide
security services in the Mid-Atlantic States. Our executive offices
are located in Baltimore, Maryland.
The Offices are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our dispatch
center has the ability to receive calls and reach supervisor and
key management almost instantly by using automated computers and
advanced cellular and radio communications.
- During business hours 9-5 call the office at 410-235-5577 to
schedule service calls. Have ready your account number, business
name and address.
- After hours, after 5pm and before 9am, call the same office
number 410-235-5577, and have the same information
ready and the after hours operator will call the on call service
technician with your contact number. The technician will then
return your call with his approximate arrival time, walk you
through the issue when appropriate and confirm your location
and system type.
- Customer service requests will be handled during business
hours 9-5 Monday through Friday.
- Have your account number ready along with the business name
and address. The Central Station number is 1-800-776-3624.
This is the return number for central station alarm calls when
a message is left concerning an alarm. Any changes to call
lists or inquiries for central station info should be made
during business hours (refer to customer service instructions).

This service allows a customer to look up open/close info,
change a call list and look up alarm history from your internet
