Douglas B. Dalrymple – President & CEO
Mr. Dalrymple has twenty one (21) years experience in the
contract security service industry. As Managing Partner his responsibilities
include senior client interface, contract compliance, human resources,
account retention, budget setting, and profitability for the company. Mr.
Dalrymple received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Northeastern
University School of Criminal Justice. Prior to joining Crown Security in
2000 he was employed by Argenbright Security, Inc. as Regional Manager for
New England and District Manager for the Mid Atlantic and Pinkerton Security
as Senior District Manager for the South Florida, Georgia, and South
Carolina. Mr. Dalrymple is a member of the American Society for Industrial
Security, Building Owners Managers Association. Downtown Partnership of
Baltimore, Success Maryland, Inc., The Executive Dialogue Group, and honored
as a lifetime member of Strathmore’s Who’s Who which is limited to
individuals who have demonstrated leadership and achievement in their
occupation, industry or profession. Mr. Dalrymple is certified in Homeland
Security level 3 by ACFEI.
Ron Allen – Vice president & General Manager
Mr. Allen has over twenty years of Security Industry Experience as both a Mid-Level Manager and Salesperson. He is responsible for the growth and profitability of Crown Security along with increasing our visibility and name recognition. A former Captain in the United States Marine Corps, he received his degree in Education from the State University of New York and has worked for several large national providers of security personnel services. Ron is active in Building Owners and Managers Association and the American Society for Industrial Security where he served as the Baltimore Area Chapter Chairperson in 2004. He is a past board member of Baltimore’s Metro Crime Stoppers and is active in many community organizations.
Mark Griffiths – Partner, Electronics Division
Mr. Griffiths is a leading security systems design consultant with over eighteen years experience to include a ten year post as Vice President with the Advanced Technology group based in the UK, leading on to the President & CEO position with Visual & Audio Surveillance Technologies Ltd. This national company led the way in remote video surveillance and off site monitoring. Additionally responsible for video design engineering for Black Point power station in Hong Kong for China Light & Power along with major contracts for the Royal Navy & the UK Home office. Mr. Griffiths wrote various articles in the UK and European press on drug related crime.
John Steiner – Operations Director
Mr. Steiner has twenty (20) years of sales and operations experience. As Director of Operations, Mr. Steiner is responsible for quality control and customer satisfaction in both the physical and electronic services divisions. Mr. Steiner is focused on insuring our clients’ expectations are continually met and our reputation for service delivery in the Mid-Atlantic region continues to grow. Mr. Steiner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University. Prior to joining Crown Security in 2004 he worked in New England, the Pacific Northwest and the Mid-Atlantic in operations, commercial sales, management and executive management. Additionally, he served for six (6) years in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.
Eugene Marshall – Operations Manger
Mr. Marshall has over 8 years of security management experience. He has worked for several regional and national providers and held positions of increasing responsibility. He is an expert in service delivery and training of security personnel to achieve maximum results. Mr. Marshall has coordinated our audit review process and has been instrumental in the development of many of our operations procedures and review process procedures.
Andre Williams – Field Manager
This supervisor provides high quality assurance for both the client and Crown Security System by constantly ensuring the highest quality service is met. The primary duties of the field manager are to inspect the client facility and/or property, Inspect the security officers on duty to include his/her uniforms, equipment, log book and special incidents report. Andre also provides on - site training for new security officers and prepares evaluation on security officers performance criteria. Our supervision is augmented by announced and unannounced visits with accompanying reports. The field manager is also an asset to the on-site project manager, when the manager is off site.
